A couple of my students approached me to ask if they could do anything to help out the school. I said sure. "Why not film a demo of some of the skills you have learned" So they took some of the movements of Shaolin, Judo and Bokator (Cambodian Martial Arts) and filmed this demo.

A demo is not sparring and it does not have a element of surprise involved. The people putting on this demo know the attack that is coming at them and they know how they are going to counter. It is not real fighting.

However, I do think that being able to demo is an important even essential skill. If you can't demo knowing the attack and response, in a real life situation you won't be able to defend yourself either.

These guys put some work into this martial arts demo and I am really proud of them.
